I went in to Kirby in Ventura for my regular service and was told they could not raise my car because of my after market rock sliders I added. They could not do the tire rotation, break check and alignment. was told they could not raise my car because of my after market rock sliders I added. I went back a few weeks late to do my 30.000 mile service and Sam service advisor actually took my Forrester wilderness to their next door shop had it raised and got it all done. A few days later the girl that turned me away called me as a courtesy call and apologized for the confusion and that from now on I would not have that issue anymore.
