I had plenty of frustrating experiences at 4 other subaru dealerships—price games, surprise add-on prices from the sticker price, wasted trips, and uncomfortable pressure tactics. Working with Rick was the complete opposite. Honest, respectful, and easy from start to finish. If anyone I know ever wants a Subaru, I can now say, "I have a guy I trust!" My wife brought our Subaru in for service and oil change. Even though this dealer is quite a bit further than the one in my hometown, this Subaru dealership is worth the drive because of how they treat me as a customer.
