This is my second car experience working with Kirby Subaru and specifically Bob "Indy" Thacker. My most recent was with my lease of a 2024Subie Crosstrek. Bob goes out of his way to help the customer and make the whole process smooth and professional. I also liked how he valued my loyalty. For our most recent vehicle purchase, we went to several different dealerships so we would have a good overview of the various vehicles as well as the service and commitment of the dealership and staff. We were, hands down, sold on Kirby Subaru of Ventura because of the vehicle, but also because of Ricky, the sales representative who helped us throughout the process. Ricky was very attentive, answered all of our questions, and did not dismiss us just because we were browsing or because we were not sure exactly which vehicle we were interested in. Ricky was patient with us, answered our questions, and treated us with dignity and respect regardless for our reason being there. This was the same sentiment for Valerie in the finance department at Kirby! Both of these amazing individuals made the experience worth our while. The sales team at Kirby Subaru was exceptional, and I was impressed by their genuine customer service. The sales manager personally acknowledged me for buying a car, which was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely purchase a Subaru from them again. I was also impressed that the dealership actively recruits their sales staff, which means they have a keen eye for talent and are willing to invest in building a strong team. As a manager myself, I understand the value of having a dedicated sales team that is personally handpicked. It ensures that everyone is working towards a common goal, and there is a shared commitment to success rather than just a desire to make a quick sale. We recently purchased our first Subaru at Kirby Subaru of Ventura. From the moment my family walked onto the lot, we felt welcome and everyone we interacted with was kind and respectful, even to the point o Ventura. We specifically worked with Ricky in purchasing our new Ascent. He was super knowledgable about the car and never once did we feel pressure to make any decisions. Ricky worked with us to get a great deal in trading in our old car and made sure we got exactly what we wanted in our new Subaru. He kept in contact via text and calls as they prepared our car and even after we drove off, he has been quick to respond to any questions we have. Val in the finance department is so sweet and took the time to explain all options available for warranties and all other finance aspects. She never once pressured or tried to "upsell" us anything, plus she was super respectful in knowing our ties to the military. We also met JP who will help teach us more about the specific details of the tech and features of the car. We look forward to building our new car relationship with other members of the Kirby Subaru of Ventura family. More

We have always been pleased with all personnel at Kirby Subaru. We have been dealt with respect, kindness and fairness.
