They sold me a truck and after 2 months it broke and they are saying there’s nothing they can do to help me because if they did it for me th spender. I drove my vehicle down there after speaking with someone in the parts department. I was told by a gentleman that I can bring my car down there to see if my issue was an easy fix. Very disappointed about the truck site, unseen, made it very clear that I would like pictures of any and all issues prior to delivery. I was sent several pictures however a scratch, and a gouge on the righ very clear that I would like pictures of any and all issues prior to delivery. I was sent several pictures however a scratch, and a gouge on the right rear fender was not disclosed initially the dealership pushed back on taking care of it. We are still negotiating to try to come to a resolution. The second issue is the truck was not delivered with the master code to reprogram the door key lock. I spent $140 this weekend because someone locked keys in my truck and I had no way to enter it while it was running. I would really appreciate someone to give me a call. More
