I just wanna we had a bad experience with these people there ( master Mechanic ) could not figure out what was wrong with my car. They said they were dune. And said they would pay us back the diagnostic f there ( master Mechanic ) could not figure out what was wrong with my car. They said they were dune. We took are car over to peninsula Subaru and they had way better customer service and a way better mechanic. They fixed are car and we are very happy thank you peninsula Subaru. More

I purchased a 2015 Honda Fit a few months ago. It was my dream car. As of 11/16/24, the car is dead. It is not the battery. My friend has checked out as much as he could. The dealership basically It was my dream car. As of 11/16/24, the car is dead. It is not the battery. My friend has checked out as much as he could. The dealership basically said, "You're on your own kid". This car cost me $14,000.00. I sat there for hours while they kept giving me other offers none of which I was satisfied with. I felt like I was being held captive until I agreed to buy the car. No wonder they wanted me to buy the car. It is a piece of junk. I am unemployed at this time, I have no money, and I am going to have the Credit Union repossess the car. There is nothing I can do. Beware and never, ever purchase a car from Kitsap Auto Outlet. They will pound you until you cry uncle and buy their cars. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS DEALER SHIP FOR A CAR. YOU WILL BE SORRY. All they want is the money and they do not care what it takes to persuade you, bully you, or take your last dime to sell a car. I regret doing business with them. It was the experience I have ever had when purchasing a car. More

This place is so xxxxing pushy and makes you feel uncomfortable like you’re not allowed to leave. Went here about a little over a month ago. Went to test drive a car around 10:30am called and got uncomfortable like you’re not allowed to leave. Went here about a little over a month ago. Went to test drive a car around 10:30am called and got paired with Marshall. Got there and before I could test drive he asked me for my car keys. I assumed it was to appraise my car just in case I traded it in. I was later informed I shouldn’t have even given him my keys. We drove to port Orchard and back. Liked it but couldn’t justify the price for something I didn’t feel connected with or excited by. I sat in that chair from 10:30am to 5:30pm being pushed and persuaded to buy a car I made very clear I did not want. I tried filling out some paperwork to check out my rates and financing to just get out of there and never contact them. I stood up 6 times and said “ I need my car keys go get them please I’m leaving” each time he went to the back room and came back 20 mins later with a new xxxxty deal trying to make things weirdly personal saying I have something against him because I don’t want the car. Made me feel super uncomfortable and I had to eventually call my bf to come down and get me because they would not give me my keys. After he showed up he asked for my keys for me and 20 mins later I get them and practically run out the door. Went to Tacoma Subaru and picked up a brand new car and definitely had a better time by far with them. More
