Fantastic Customer Service and Quality Vehicles I went to Klein's to pick out a new vehicle and Kurt took the time to show me all the vehicles they had to offer. I really liked the Jeep and Kurt let I went to Klein's to pick out a new vehicle and Kurt took the time to show me all the vehicles they had to offer. I really liked the Jeep and Kurt let me test drive a variety of Jeeps before I decided I really like the Cherokee. Before I even decided I wanted to lease the vehicle I did, Rick and Randal were working on getting me the best numbers possible. Everyone during the process was super friendly and the paperwork side of things with Randal went super smoothly. He explained everything to me until I was satisfied. After doing some online shopping we decided to travel from Eagle River to visit Klein. There we met Kurt who assisted us in making what we feel was a good decision. Kurt parked the vehicles we were interested in side-by-side to make it easy to compare. We also discussed the most practical options for purchasing/leasing on future purchases. Easy pickin My wife, young son, and I ,had a lot of work to do. We had to find 2 work trucks and a family cruiser. Klein auto took all the work out of it. Matt and everyone at Klein have always been Great! Stopped in to check out vehicle options due to my lease coming due.
