We have been dealing with Klick Lewis for several years, they never fail to get us a great car at a great price. They worked with us in purchasing our new Malibu, there was no pressure to buy and they cove they never fail to get us a great car at a great price. I had 2 experiences in less than 30 days purchasing a vehicle from Keith at Klick Lewis. The first time I bought a 2007 Equinox. I left feeling that I got a great deal and it was the first time in all vehicle from Keith at Klick Lewis. The first time I bought a 2007 Equinox. I left feeling that I got a great deal and it was the first time in all my years of buying from dealers I felt that way. 3 days after I had the car my engine light went on and I started feeling like "what the heck did I buy?" BUT Keith was just as concerned as I was and got it back to the shop ASAP and gave me a loaner. The service department refused to give it back until they knew for certain that the issue was fixed so they would keep it overnight to drive it and sure enough the light would come back on and they worked diligently in finding the issue and fixing it. I got the car back and for the following 2 weeks that I had it, it worked great until it got totaled. DEVASTED, crushed, upset, mad, depressed and any other feeling you could imagine I sent a text to Keith and told him what happened. He immediately went to work for me in canceling the extended warranty I purchased so I could get the money, calling the bank to get the payoff and inform them of the situation and trying to find me another car. By this time I really wanted to use Klick Lewis again even though the dealership is out of my way because of all of the help they gave me even if the car had a slight "issue" right after I bought it. Realistically it was a used car and you can't foresee every problem. (it was just a sensor, by the way) Keith showed me what they had for what I was willing to spend, I found another vehicle that is newer with less miles for close to what I was looking to spend. He was great in helping me with my one year old daughter while I looked at cars since I had gone alone, he was great in showing me what they had to fit my price and was great in taking care of everything with the bank after my accident. My husband and I bought a used car from Klick Lewis two weeks ago. I always dread shopping for cars and being pressured by salespeople, but we felt comfortable with Brian as soon as he came out to help us weeks ago.
