Keith was very friendly and knowledgeable of what I was looking for to purchase. He tried several avenues of financial institutions when the one failed that he was sure that would finance the car and me. He didn't give up and got me a better financing deal that the original bank. That sets high up in my book. He explained extended warranty options to me and the payment options. However, I couldn't and wouldn't be able to come up with the down money for the warranty in the allotted time frame. Anyway, at least Keith tried to accommodate me in that aspect. Klick Lewis has a great asset in having Keith work there. When I recommend someone to Klick Lewis, then Keith Stainbrook will be the name that I tell them to see. More

My credit was not the best and neither was my husbands. I stopped in the evening and looked at a few cars. I fell in love with a white chevy cruze. The very next day I stopped in and Keith approched me. He was very friendly right from the start.
