At the beginning of May, I began looking for a used Ford F150. After a month of searching for a truck one showed up on the internet at Klick Lewis, in Palymra, PA.. Normally I prepare myself for the usual s F150. After a month of searching for a truck one showed up on the internet at Klick Lewis, in Palymra, PA.. Normally I prepare myself for the usual salesmanship experience at auto dealers, however, when Greg Lewis answered the phone I was able to put myself at ease. His friendly demeanor really came through over the phone. So, I made the 138 mile drive to Klick Lewis to take a look at the truck. As it tuned out, the vehicle was just what I was looking for, so we sat down to work out the sale price. I had done my homework and was anticipating making the initial offer. Due to Greg's years of experience selling cars he put a number in front of me that was right in the ballpark of what I was willing to pay, and I purchased the truck. For me to be comfortable in front of a sales person I really need to get a sense, that the person is genuine. Greg made me feel like a friend. He really enjoys what he does and I enjoyed talking to him about our families and interests. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience at Klick Lewis. Everyone who I encountered at the dealership was friendly. The dealership all in all was impressive, clean and orderly. I would definitely make the trip again! More

Keith has a dynamic personality, upbeat and very positive. I had not purchased a vehicle for 17 years and had found most sales people either too pushy or too evasive. We originally stopped in just to look at used cars never thinking that we would actually be able to purchase one because our credir isn't the greatest. From the time we walked in the door everyone we dealt thinking that we would actually be able to purchase one because our credir isn't the greatest. From the time we walked in the door everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly and there to help with whatever we needed. We started out dealing with Matt Coale who showed us a couple cars and took us on some test drives and then we talked to Patrick Lewis about our credit situation and our trade in. I went to klick lewis after visting several other dealers who said they had me approved only to go spend hours at the dealership to find out I was not approved without putting alot down. I called klick lewis because I had bought a car from them before and when I had talked to Brian he said that I could come in and he could get me in a car that day. I went in and was driving out in my new car within a hour. Great experience would buy from them again . More
