Brian has been a fantastic sales rep to work with. He has gone well beyond the requirements of the job to get my husband and me into a fantastic car and one that fit our budget. Keith met me at the sales door and was courteous and friendly from the outset. He heard my interest in trading our 2004 Suburban for the 2005 Excursion on the K/L lot and worked souly on that interest. friendly from the outset. K/L was prompt in their assessment of my vehicle and in arranging a test drive of the vehicle they were selling. Within 30 minutes Keith was able to make an offer and gave us time to consider. We called back within a few minutes and made the sales agreement and appointment for later in the afternoon. Our previous purchase turned out to be a vehicle with serious service issues that was recalled by GM, unknown to the dealer.
