I recently moved to the area, and had received a forwarded postcard from my previous dealership indicating that there was a recall on my vehicle. I had inquired about how long the repair would take, and without having to ask, Alex provided me with an opportunity to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. Upon arriving, Alex greeted me and explained that the repair shouldn't take any longer than 45 minutes. Sure enough, 30 minutes after seeing my car pull away into the service center, it was done. I appreciated the professionalism of the dealership, as well as the manner of the employees. I know that Alex Risser was a gentleman, and didn't treat me differently as I'm a younger looking individual. I appreciated that, as my previous dealership often made it difficult for me to be taken seriously. More
