I recently purchased my second vehicle from Klick-Lewis in Palmyra, PA. While I do not recall my first experience being anything except positive (after all, I did buy a car from them), I wouldn’t say that in Palmyra, PA. While I do not recall my first experience being anything except positive (after all, I did buy a car from them), I wouldn’t say that it was memorable. My second time around with Klick-Lewis was definitely a different experience, and definitely one that I will remember. Randy Aleardi was the sales agent I worked with. To put it a better way, he was the sales agent that put in the work. I came to him in a situation I don’t think any of us ever want to be in. I HAD to get a newer vehicle, but… I didn’t exactly have what you’d call enviable credit. In fact, my credit score had went down since I made my first purchase from them some 5 years ago. In a nutshell, the car I was driving was going to cost me way more to fix than it was worth. I didn’t have 3 or 4 thousand dollars it would have cost to get it fixed properly and the bigger issue was that I couldn’t get anyone, ANYONE, to lend me the money to fix it. At first, I stopped by and talked to Randy out of pure desperation. I needed a solution for my vehicle dilemma. By the time I left Randy’s office that first day, I went from panicked, to somewhat relieved. Randy crunched some numbers, called some banks and when I left he had assured me that I could get a vehicle. Phew! Over the next couple weeks I put Randy to work. I changed my mind as to what vehicle I wanted, so then that led to Randy needing to figure out a whole new problem. See, when your credit is as “dinged” as mine is, a couple thousand here, a year, make and model there, and the whole financing landscape changes. What I admired about Randy the most was his flat-out and blunt honesty with me. I also admired that after 3 weeks of running him around, not once did he ever treat an email, a call or a visit of mine as if I was “deadwood”. You know that feeling you get when someone treats you like your not going to make a purchase off him or her – like you’re just wasting his or her time? I never felt that way. In fact, I kept apologizing to Randy for all the work I put him through. When it came to time to close on my 2007 Saturn Vue we hit a snag. The bank wouldn’t finance a Saturn. My heart sank… for about 2 hours until Randy called me to let me know he got it financed AND this bank’s interest rate was over 3 points lower than the one I was originally with. Randy told me took a shot in the dark by filing out the paperwork and sending it around to numerous banks, including ones that he personally thought I didn’t have a shot with - and I believe him. In spite of his own gut feeling, he took the time to find out for sure. And good things happened for me. My credit won’t always be so lackluster and I have a daughter that’s growing up way too fast. It’s a good thing to know that when the time comes for that next vehicle, or her first one, I don’t have to worry about getting it. All I have to do is call Randy. Thanks a million Randy! More

As a self empoyeed person, my time is very important to me as is the need for my cars to available for me to do my job. The flexiblity to work with my schedules and get the service work done when I need i me as is the need for my cars to available for me to do my job. I had a great experience. The sales staff met with me when it suited me and that was just for a test drive. When I decided I wanted to buy the vehicle, they stayed late and we did everything that night. when it suited me and that was just for a test drive. We finally wrapped up the deal after 9:00 p.m on a Thursday, and no one was complaining or rushing to get out. The salesman Glenn even came back that evening though he was not scheduled to work. They answered all of my questions on the vehicle I purchased, and let me know how they arrived at the numbers for my trade in. The next day I realized I left a check in the trade-in, and the service dept. was great about finding it, and following up with me on what to do with it. I say to anyone - check them out and if they have something you are interested in .. send them an e-mail or call, they will be honest and timely with you. More

Shopping for sales and service. While we live closer to Harrisburg, there are no GM dealers nearby. I want to buy my car and service it at the same place. Everyone I have met @ this Dealership has been respectful, helpful and trustworthy. From the Top Managers to the Sales Force, I have received kindess from the whole staff...even the Sales people I was not working with @ the Dealership. There is a team spirit at this Dealer. They all work together! They have a good product, but it is the Staff that makes them Great. And that makes all the difference. My mother will, also, now shop this dealership for a vehicle. In addition to that, my husband is considering getting his service done at this dealer. Thanks for the great experience! More
