When we got there we were greeted by Keith Stainbrook, he was very friendly and not pushy at all. He left us look at all the used Tahoes before we found the 08 Tahoe that we bought. My husband and I were very impressed with the salesmens office space, most of the the other dealerships we looked at the salesmen had you sit at a table in the middle of the showroom where you had NO privacy to discuss numbers. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle to stop at KlickLewis. The Tahoe that I bought was very clean and in great shape. Keith was very thorough and knowledgeable. We did not feel pressured to have to buy the SUV. When it came down to the bottom line, there was no beating around the bush. I owned a 2004 Impala SS and it was my favorite car to date. My transmission went out and I decided it was time for a trade in. I explained my situation and my price range to Glenn. The only car that really fit in my price range (Cobolt) just wasnt me. Glenn and Alan worked diligently to find me something I liked and could afford. I drove off their lot 2 days later in a Pontiac G6. I cannot begin to thank them both enough! It is a beautiful car with low mileage and still had a partial warranty on it! They helped me through a very difficult situation with kindness and I genuinely feel as though they are two of the best salesmen that I have ever dealt with. I will tell all of my friends and family that Klick Lewis is the place to go when its time for them to shop for a car! More

Todd Pierce and Benjamin Rodriquez made me (a scruffy kind of guy), feel like the most important person in the world, like I was the President of the United States. I can't believe that the salesman, Todd Pierce, came to my home and picked me up to get my vehicle when they finished looking at it. Simply amazing! I'm dead serious. You guys are great. Bob returned our phone calls faster than we could have ever expected. We needed a new vehicle due to an accident my wife was in and our vehicle had been totaled. As a result of the accident and her injuries, my wife was unable to assist in the selection of a new vehicle. She loved our 2005 Avalanche and her wishes were to replace it with one like we had. Our price range was a major factor. Being able to meet with Bob late in the day on a Saturday was fantastic. Listening to our needs to find an Avalanche that compared to the one we lost, he went out of his way to explain and search for one. He was able to locate one that met all our needs. Options, price and expedience were paramount. We needed to return the rental vehicle that the other individual's insurance agency permitted (very short term!)and Bob respected that. He did not want us to have to spend any of our own finances for additional rental amounts. Supplying me with car-fax and current Chevrolet and GMC pictures and giving me the time to take them home to show my wife was great because it gave her the opportunity to feel a part of the process. I believe he went beyond my expectations with his personal interest in our situation. Our new Avalanche arrived within two weeks due to the weather conditions and the condition and appearance was well beyond our expectations. It is beautiful. My wife cried when I came home with the vehicle. She got something back that was taken from her. She feels that the Avalanche and it's construction, saved her life that day. The Firefighters and EMT's that responded said that she could not have been in a better vehicle for such an accident. The Klick Lewis dealership and especially Bob Holland should be commended highly for giving me and my family such a great experience in such a troubling time in our lives. Bob's knowledge and professional attributes are to be commended. Firstly, I don't like car sales people at all. Instead of saying 'you've got to be kidding', he said ok lets go and talk. He was very friendly, kind and he worked with us 100% to get the car my son wanted at the price he wanted with putting down less than $500 and getting a monthly payment where he was happy. Keith was wonderful and I would recommend him to EVERYONE he will work with you, I will be going back as, when and if I need to get another car. Oh, and the car is beautiful, except for the fact it's red and my 17 year old is driving it, lol. Keith has restored my faith car sales people. More
