Klick Lewis Chevrolet - Service Center

This was the most disapointing service visit that I have ever had at this delalership! I had my 2018 Cheverote Cruze in for an oil change. The service was done, but the service representarive came out to me ever had at this delalership! I had my 2018 Cheverote Cruze in for an oil change. The service was done, but the service representarive came out to me in the lobby and said to me. Boy to we have to talk! He told me that I need new front brakes, 4 new tires (he said the tires were dry rotted), a wheel alignment, and a cabin air filter. The estimate he gave me to do these repairs was going to over $1,700! That did not include any labor! He wanted to do it that day. I told him that I wanted to get a 2 opinion, and that I would take it to another car repair shop locally in Hershey, PA. I took my car to Hershey Auto Service. The owner agreed that the tires were dry rotted and should be replaced. He said the front brakes were fine and that I did NOT need a wheel alignment. He said the cabin air filter was fine. I had Hershey Auto Service replace the tires. Total cost $760! Quite a difference! It really irritated me that this service vist was so out of proportion. Especially since I had the Cruze in for a PA State Inspection at Klick Lewis Chevrolet in Decenber 2024. There was no mention of any potential service needs at that time. I have only driver the car a little over 200 miles since that Satte Inspection service was performed! I cpiu;d have gotten the tires cheaper from Klick Kewis woth the by 3 get 1 for a dollar Spring Service special, but I do not feel that I can trust them! This service department is horrible flat out horrible. Nobody in that whole department returns a phone call at all it’s ridiculous! Never be back and it sounds like you lost a lot of customers around town! Your service is BAD! Absolutely horrible! Had my car in with Jr never called me till roughly about 4 said he was done. It was just an inspection and oil change. I picked it up he forgot to discount my coupon ok I can deal with that. When I got in my car there was oil stains inside no lube sticker and the oil life is at 5 % now I’m hot. I called. Jr in the morning he said he would talk to the tech and call me back surprise never did I called then I asked for someone in management I got a voicemail of a guy name Todd he never called me back I waited a day called service I asked for Todd they said let me check if he’s in I can hear him say send it to my voicemail. Trust is earned ha! Would you trust someone that doesn’t return phone calls at all. It’s fine I’ll take my 4 cars my wife’s family’s 6 cars and we will find another place. Don’t even bother responding oh wait you don’t. More
