Karleen was very knowledgeable on all three models and followed up with all of questions, etc. After purchasing the XC60, we purchased a V60 and most recently a XC90 T8 hybrid. I had lots of questions about the hybrid and Karleen was able to answer all of my questions. The XC90 T8 replaced a Range Rover and I have to say, the Volvo is assume and I have no regrets switching to Volvo. Karleen and all of the people at Kline Volvo are the best !!
