Fantastic customer sales service My day started by wanting to look at a 2012 VW Sportwagon that Kline had on their lot. I had been looking for that model car. This one had exactly the equipment I was looking for. After meeting a couple of old friends from a previous job at another dealer, I was introduced to Sarah Rentz. She was extremely helpful in showing the car to me and helping guide me through the car buying experience. I would highly recommend going to Kline Volvo for any new or used car purchases. I look forward to keeping my car purchasing experiences with Sarah and Kline Volvo. More
Worst service experience EVER! Whatever you do, don't bring your car here. They will break your car and the useless service manager Ted Cahill will shrug his shoulders and tell you Whatever you do, don't bring your car here. They will break your car and the useless service manager Ted Cahill will shrug his shoulders and tell you how he won't pay to fix what they broke. Brought my car to Kline to diagnose why the hood on my convertible wouldn't go down. The first time they told me how I needed new coil springs and a new liner but no clue on the hood malfunctioning - I would have to bring it back for that and I was out $140. I brought the car back and after an hour not diagnosing the problem, I was out another $160 and told it was take 3-4 more hours and $600+ to figure out what was wrong. I declined to spend another $600 on their incompetence only to get home and find I couldn't get out of my car - the door wouldn't open from the inside! I bring it back and you guessed it - I have to pay for them to figure out why the door that was working when I dropped the car off wasn't working when I picked it up. This is the worst car service racket I have ever seen and I have lived in 6 states. The Attorney General should shut this place down. I would give them -10 stars if I could. More

Chuck in finance went above and beyond to secure fantastic financing, and Sarah made the sales piece a breeze with her hard work and knowledge. Kline should be your preferred Volvo dealership. More

Great experience Karleen Byrnes was very friendly and attentive and made the car buying experience a good one. She even took the time to drive me to the rental company to return the rental car I had been driving, and was kind enough to provide me with a loaner car while I wait for my new car's arrival. Kline should feel proud to have her as a employee because she goes beyond the call of duty, She is a wonderful woman. i found her honest and compassionate about Volvo's safety. I felt she cared about me as a person and spent time explaining different avenues i could go with owning verses leasing my new car.
