Kevin spent some time in the miserable cold to show me the trucks on the lot and I zeroed in on a crew cab. I asked for the best price and visited a couple of dealerships and Knapp won the sale. But I must admit that I was the real winner because I found a dealership that is truly thoughtful with a superb service department. I can drop my truck off for service and be given a ride to work, and when work is done I find my truck in the parking lot waiting to take me home. That was a year ago so when it came time for the wife to get a new vehicle, Knapp was the place. Again Kevin walked her through the lot, explained the new functions of the Equinox and she went with a lease this time around.
