I assume the way I was treated any other businesses was the way that business was random but coming to this one I understand they treat everybody as an individual as a business owner and as a father of four that really means a lot to me when people treat me with respect. I believe for the vehicle I bought I got a fair deal I don't believe I was taking a vantage of our underminded in anyway whatsoever if every dealer was as good as Knippelmier there would be a lot more happier customers in the state of Oklahoma thank you for taking the time to read this and thank you for my new truck More

Derek Keesee, our salesman was friendly and understood we knew what we were looking for. Within 10 minutes of talking with him, we had the exact car we wanted at a price that we didn't think we could get, pulled up to the front doors and we were starting the paperwork process. Stepped out of our vehicle at 4:50pm and drove away in our new vehicle at 6:32pm. As the title says, "Friendly & Efficient". Talked to several other salesman from other dealerships we had been talking with and they couldn't understand how the price was as low as it was for the car we bought.
