Knippelmier Chevrolet has a new permanent customer. On March 14th I visited Knippelmier to look at a 2011 Chevy Impala I saw on their website. I was met by Jim Stubblefield who was very friendly and helpful in showing me around. We found the car I was interested in and after a drive I decided to try to buy the car at a fair price. Jim never pressured me into buying the car or made me feel uncomfortable. After I told him I was interested, he invited me into his office to get some figures on the car - again "no pressure". We agreed on a price that was very fair and then the dealing stage went to the finance department. I was met by Rick Tucker who explained how Knippelmier works - no hidden fees or extra charges. Rick offered me an extended policy for a price that no one else could come close to and found a really good interest rate. Everything so far had been excellent. I never felt any pressure on anything. Jim never pressured me into buying the car and Rick never pressured me to buy an extended warranty or other options. In the past, I have had some very unpleasant experiences in buying cars (not so good deals, pressure, extra fees when I got to the finance department). Knippelmier Chevrolet is a totally new experience for me and a very pleasant one. Everyone at Knippelmier Chevrolet was very friendly and made me feel totally comfortable and "right at home".
