Service was great! Very reasonable price.. I brought the car in for an oil change. Young's check all the systems of the car and gave me a written report, showing everything was in good working order. Tire Valve broke off my 2008 Mazda 3 tire. Since the valve contains a sensor, the cost for the replacement valve I thought was excessive. The cost of the valve sensor $118.00 and labor for a fifteen valve contains a sensor, the cost for the replacement valve I thought was excessive. The cost of the valve sensor $118.00 and labor for a fifteen minute job was $24.95 plus tax $$8.60 = Total $151.89. The initial price for the valve was excessive but to add the labor cost was shocking to me. As a new customer, I'm not sure if I purchased the wrong car or went to the wrong dealer. Scheduling the service appointment over the phone was very easy. I received an email confirmation latter in the day. When I arrived all of the paperwork was ready. If I hadn't checked why my car sounded worse AFTER the service than before, I wouldn't have found the loose lugnuts on a rear wheel (so loose, I had to tighten them with my hands midway back to the de the service than before, I wouldn't have found the loose lugnuts on a rear wheel (so loose, I had to tighten them with my hands midway back to the dealer).
