BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP to BUY a CAR ONLINE!!!! I was searching for a specific make and model on CarGurus and this dealership had the one that I wanted. With so many auto purchases occu ONLINE!!!! I was searching for a specific make and model on CarGurus and this dealership had the one that I wanted. With so many auto purchases occurring online, I thought what can go wrong. They took advantage of me!!! John, one of the business managers, helped me with financing and the paperwork. He was nice at first and mentioned they offer a free powertrain warranty with no time or mileage limit. I asked about an extended warranty, and he said, yes, I will get you coverage on the car plus an exterior and interior warranty that covers ding and dents and tears or stains in the interior. We also talked about GAP insurance and since I was putting money down, he mentioned a deposit protection plan. He called me to say he got the loan approved and asked me how much I wanted to pay a month. He never discussed the total cost of any of the services and said the sales rep was leaving any minute to drive the car to me. John and I had a Facetime call so he could verify my identity. Now in hindsight, at this point I should have said let's go over all the paperwork to show me the financial costs and breakdown of the loan while we were on the Facetime call. He said I am sending you a link, you will need to initial and sign the documents asap. Shortly after the call I get the link. I start looking at the documents and the loan amount is significantly more than I thought it would be. I called John and left a voicemail. An hr or more later he calls me back, I ask him about the amount of the loan, and he says the amount includes additional charges the bank wants added. I asked what charges, and he said, wait until Juan gets there, he has copies of the paperwork. There is a second itemized list that will explain everything. He then said be sure to electronically sign the forms then once Juan gets to your home, he will have you "wet" sign the forms. Juan got here, I began looking at the paperwork and found the 2nd itemized list but some of the charges were abbreviated so Juan got John on the phone. John said he was already driving home, didn't have docs in front of him, but he would attempt to explain. I realized at this point all these services added up to well over 6k. So now I have a 20 something young man who drove over 2 hrs to deliver the car. How can I cancel this sale now? I signed all the documents. The next morning, my husband found damage on the car. I spoke with the GM Ted, he pretty much said, “Well you got a nice car”. I sent an email asking for assistance with repairs, no response. I then began to look at all the fine print with the contracts and looked up reviews of the Portfolio company, who is the main company servicing the warranties. I found out the Portfolio reviews were horrific, out of 233 total reviews, 199 were 1-star reviews with repeated stories about claims being denied. Of course, this dealership sells bogus extended warranties. When I investigated the extended warranty for dents and dings, it didn’t cover the damage we found on the car because the scratch is deep and exposes the metal. I sent an email to Ted and John explaining I was very unhappy with the transaction and wanted to discuss the deal with them. I sent a 2nd set of emails the next day and again no response. To this day I have not gotten a call back. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. They lack integrity and have no regard for customer satisfaction. I purchased a VW atlas black line edition brand new in February 2023 at Koch 33. I have only had the car two years now and my car was at the shop one time for a month at just being a year old. The car was a safety hazard and would just turn off when I went from reverse to drive. They thought I was crazy making it up because it didn't do it all the time. They replaced the whole shifter assembly at that point. Not to mention at time it was like pulling teeth to get a courteousy car or have anyone keep me in the loop of what was going on. Here I am another year later and my AC doesn't work!? They have had my car now a month and few weeks and are still trying to figure out why it's not working. Chasing leaks from what I was told. The point is is this car seems to be a lemon at this point! Not at one point did a manger try and reach out to me to discuss possible things to do with the car since it has been at the shop this long, no sincerity either, or excellent customer service. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE WHEN YOU CALL! NOR CALL BACK! It is absolutely ridiculous!!! I still don't have a definite ETA or a 100% answer on if this fix this time will repair my AC in this HEAT WAVE we are in. NO HELP AT ALL, no understanding or reasoning either. The amount of frustration I have right now to continue car payments on a car that I do no have nor know when I will have back is insane. If you are a VW lover go to a different VW not this one. More
1-Star Review – Avoid This Dealership I have been a Mazda customer for 30 years, and my experience with Koch (Young's) Mazda was by far the worst I’ve ever had. My salesperson, Warren Jarkovsky, was Mazda customer for 30 years, and my experience with Koch (Young's) Mazda was by far the worst I’ve ever had. My salesperson, Warren Jarkovsky, was unprofessional, condescending, and dismissive from the very beginning. After I leased my vehicle and set up automatic payments, I later discovered that Warren had submitted the wrong VIN number to Mazda Financial. When he corrected it, no one from the dealership informed me. This caused my auto-pay to stop without my knowledge, and I only realized it once my credit score had already taken a hit. Despite multiple attempts to contact Koch Mazda, no one took responsibility. Sales Manager James Schramko ignored both my phone call and my email. Not once did anyone apologize, explain, or attempt to make things right. Koch Mazda has shown me that loyalty means nothing to them. I strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere. More

It was a 2018 Rav4 that I told them I will be teaching my 16 year old daughter to drive in. Upon purchasing the vehicle and having it less than 2 days, I noticed the brakes squeak, take it in, they say they re-greased them, I take it back same trip home, brakes still squeak, a second time and they say they re-greased them again,,okay, so no actual check or anything else. Upon picking the vehicle up for the second time, mind you I have not had the vehicle a complete 2 weeks at this point, the next morning upon starting the vehicle the check engine light is on with and AWD System Malfunction message on the dash. Take it back in, this time they say they re-greased the rear brakes, and that the front wheel sensor was bad and they will take care of that but the AWD error, all of a sudden they find a large hole in the wheel well of the rear driver side and say that it's rodent damage and they aren't going to cover it. Now if I had rodents my other vehicles would have had damage much prior to this or I would have found droppings, not the case. So I have to pay $250 out of pocket, now mind you I own the car about 3 weeks at this point and it has been back 3 times. I picked this up yesterday. I go to start the vehicle this morning and guess what? Check engine light back on and AWD System Malfunction light back on. According to the dealership this is all my doing as it passed the initial emissions check. So now, not even owning it for 3 weeks, it will be going back 2 days after picking it up, for the same reasons I just paid out of pocket. It's still another month before I'm due to make my first actual payment. So here I am on a Saturday morning with the check engine light on, AWD system malfunction error and the best they say is can you bring it back Monday. How many days of work does this place expect people to miss? This is the most regretful purchase of my life. Do not do business with this disgusting company. More

She introduced me to all the wonderful members of her team and made sure I got what I wanted. I think this must have been the ninth car I have purchased but never felt more cared for and happy with my decision. Then she took me to my NEW car and went over everything I needed to know and feel safe. As a senior citizen I cannot recommend Koch33 and Bella and her team enough, Wonderful experience I feel blessed. When did you ever hear that from a dealership? More
Horrible customer service. Solution to a 65,000 car not working is, we cannot find the problem and cars are mass produced they do not work 100 percent of the time. Horrible customer service! I have been trying to trade in my current VW lease and purchase a new lease but I can’t get anyone from Koch 33 VW to respond to my email requests fo I have been trying to trade in my current VW lease and purchase a new lease but I can’t get anyone from Koch 33 VW to respond to my email requests for assistance. They claim to have an internet sales team but they are not willing to communicate online? I even tried reaching out to the GM and the sales GM for help and neither cared enough to respond to my request. This is even more disappointing because I love the customer service at Koch 33 Ford and expected a similar experience at their VW dealership but this is sadly not the case. More
