Work done well at a fair price Brought my VW in for a recall, an oil change an inspection and mounting 4 tires. They suggested a wheel alignment, so I had that done too. First, when my appointment is scheduled for 9:45, it's on the lift at 9:45. Not pulling into the queue, not getting a walk around inspection, it's getting worked on. Now, more than ever, time is a commodity becoming increasingly scarce. Second, they take any concerns I may have seriously and are more than accommodating for my peace of mind. I mentioned I hit a nasty pothole during the twilight hours the day before, and they check the undercarriage and assure me everything is peachy. Lastly, the staff. Whether it's the service tech, parts vendor, or sales team members - They all have one thing in common, they personalize the experience/visit. It's not just a wave or nod, it's a back and forth dialogue. If I wanted anything but a stellar experience every time, I'd go anywhere else. But I don't, I go to Young VW. More
