I originally purchased my Volkswagen from your dealership and have always maintained bringing it there for any needed service.I've had the pleasure of working with Tony. Each and every time I've needed assistance he's been extremely accommodating informative and simply made the process less painful. It's not common to receive exceptional customer service but I honestly feel Tony provides such each and every time I've worked with him. He provides complete accurate updates throughout the process of providing services and he always finds a way of delivering bad news in a positive manner. I truly hope you value his efforts and work ethic. I've dealt with many dealerships and individuals and I am proud to share that I've never received better customer service than what he provides. I called and spoke Les Bussell who asked if it was blinking. I told him that it was not and he asked if I had fueled my car since the service visit. I replied that I had done so. He recommended that I wait a day or two to see if the light would reset itself. I called Les this morning to report that the light had not changed mode and he promptly made an appointment to bring the Touareg in to be inspected. More
