I say this because I called ahead of time to ask about my 40K tune up, and received a not so friendly person in the Service office on the other end of the phone (it wasn't early in the morning, if that's even an excuse). I introduced myself, and asked the man how he was doing. He responded plainly after saying nothing for a few seconds with a "Yes..." Maybe my expectations are lofty, but I can say that I have never received anything less than the best service from the dealer that sold me my car down the road in Norristown. It's a much further drive, but the folks that have shown that they can politely answer their phones will get my business moving forward. More

Tony V and his team are fantastic we bought our Passat in August of 2015 was new. We had a problem with the gas tank not filling up to full, the car was there 14 times. Tony and his team were very patient and caring of the problem we were having. After VW head quarters finally took the right step our problem was resolved. Young VW cares about their customers they stood by us through the difficult process, we thank you for that. The problem with our Passat did not change our opinion about VW they make reliable cars and we will continue to buy VW's from Young VW!! More

Much research, time, and many dealership visits went by and I was becoming very frustrated. It seemed that no dealer could put me in a Beetle for what I perceived was a good price. Then, after yet another internet search, I was contacted by Drew Simonovich from Young VW. I told him what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend and he assured me that it was completely do-able and within reason. That same weekend, we visited the dealership and just as promised, Drew got me into the car of my dreams. Not only was Drew extremely helpful and knowledgeable, John from the finance department was equally as helpful, explaining every detail of our purchase agreement in terms that were clear to understand.
