Service Dept very helpful, putting my interests first. The service department helped me to determine that I had a bad battery (wasn't properly taking a charge) and suggested checking to see if it was cover The service department helped me to determine that I had a bad battery (wasn't properly taking a charge) and suggested checking to see if it was covered under the original warranty, even though I didn't buy the battery from them. No, they're not inexpensive, but I'm happy to pay for work that really needs to be done and ends up being done well. In my book that equates to good value. More
