My husband and I felt extremely sorry for Drew considering his patience and kindness, but both Joe and Drew comforted us by saying that they work together. A decent dealership like this should have those kind of satisfying salesmen to attract more customers. All the stuff there are very professional and nice, and we are looking forward to better experience in service departments (although I already have some with my ex-Beetle.) I highly recommend people in buying a car in this Young VW and share the same experience with more people, for a car is a company in a long run; everyone wants it to last for a long time in a good condition. More

Everything was fine, except Having Fox News(?) on your TV in the waiting area is a major turn-off. I don't like being propagandized. Basic oil change Les is always straight forward with us. When our vehicle was in for the routine oil change, I asked him to have the shocks/struts evaluated. He said that they were still OK when I picked up the car. A dishonest dealership would have jumped on the chance to advise us that we needed to have them replaced for safety reasons, and a tidy profit for them. Also, they charge less for the Castrol oil than I can purchase it for. Yes, we have required the normal repairs that are associated with a Passat with 165,000 miles, but that is expected. I have been dealing with them for some years now, without an issue. More
