Good Service at YOUNG VW of Easton, PA I am a regular customer at YOUNG VW and I have become thoroughly familiar with the service people. I make it a point to schedule my visits early for r I am a regular customer at YOUNG VW and I have become thoroughly familiar with the service people. I make it a point to schedule my visits early for routine maintenance and rely upon YOUNG VW service people for advice and guidance pertaining to my 2 VW cars. Unlike other car service persons that I have dealt with in the past, I absolutely can trust YOUNG VW service persons to provide me with only the service that is needed for both my cars. My vehicles, a 2005 Jetta and a 2012 Jetta, are serviced at YOUNG VW only, with the exception of tire purchases. I have absolutely no work done other than at YOUNG VW, and neither car has experienced a mechanical failure on the road. Regular maintenance is a must and I trust YOUNG VW because I am never "sold" service, I am only provided advice, which I follow, and have the work performed accordingly. I don't know what more a dealer can provide other than sound reliable service, but I can tell you that the people at YOUNG VW are friendly, listeners, and then try to satisfy the customer. That is a plus for me and it should be a plus for anyone else who desires the freedom of worry when it comes to car ownership and motor service and maintenance. Taking my car to YOUNG VW for service is kind of like having a good doctor in the mechanical sense. I am satisfied, so I have no good reason to go elsewhere. More
