Last year we decided to take a hiatus from VW and bought another type of car. We drove this vehicle for one year. We experienced buyer’s remorse from the first day owning this automobile. We longed for a VW that we would purchase from Young. After one year of frustration we traded in our vehicle for a 2014 Passat TDI. The transaction was without drama and there was no attempt to entice us to purchase unnecessary warranties, etc. Our sales professional, Christoph, was just that – a professional who was very knowledgeable about the vehicles that he was selling. He actually provided us with his personal cell phone number and invited us to call anytime, including Sundays, if we had any issue understanding the complexities of the vehicle. We anticipate quality service from Tony V. and his service staff, whom we have missed since we last owned a VW. We believe diesel is the way to go!
