My car broke down unexpectedly on Thursday 9/12 and AAA towed it to the dealership at 8:30 pm. The following morning, we called Tony and let him know what happened. The service area was extremely busy when w dropped off the key but John was still able to get my car in, diagnose it, and complete the repair before the end of the day. Christof was my initial contact, he was polite and genuine. He was fair and informative. We enjoyed working with Joe Braido, Jr. He was very honest, fair and not your typically "pushy sales person". Knowing I had special needs when looking for a new car, he was kind and understanding. Gary is very Plesant to work with. He explains what needs to be done very clearly, and keeps you posted of progress along the way. I have a major service coming up, (80,000) with in the next couple of month to be done very clearly, and keeps you posted of progress along the way. He also informed me that I could split the servece in to two visists, as to help spread the expense out. Not many service people are willing to do that, most would rather get it all now. My wife and I was interested in the CX9. Mike G greeted us and took us for a test ride. He did a good job of demonstrating and explaining all the features of the grand touring (which were a lot).
