I was very happy with my car leasing experience; from the beginning "kicking tire" phase" right through all of the negotiating/trade in, final paperwork and pick-up phase. I feel as if I would now actually refer a friend to a car dealership - and I didn't think I'd ever say that! By the way - above, the pull down for the vehicle branch purchased/considered only allows you to choose Volkswagen. I chose a Mazda, and this pull down selector won't allow me to tell you that! My vehicle needed non-standard service due to road damage. I was able to get my vehicle into the Service Center on the day I wanted, and was able to get it fixed to my satisfaction. Due to having to order parts, it had to stay overnight - which was a little longer than I wanted - but Les updated me of the status, costs, and process in order to keep me informed. From arrival to departure everything went smoothly. I was greeted by a friendly service agent and was taken care of immediately. We purchased a Mazda CX-5 and are thrilled with the car, satisfied with our experience except for the first week. Here's why: We signed on a Tuesday for a red CX-5 Grand Touring FWD to be swapped from a satisfied with our experience except for the first week. Here's why: We signed on a Tuesday for a red CX-5 Grand Touring FWD to be swapped from another dealership. On Wednesday we left a phone message for Stefano, explaining that we would like to be informed on progress. No answer. On Friday we went to Young for info, learned about the process from Steve, felt better. Next week still no contact from anyone at Young, left messages for Stefano and Steve, no answer from either. We returned to Young on Wednesday (I think), met Stefano, who said he had received no messages. Neither had Steve. We think there was a problem in the phone system. After discussing our red CX-5 search, we decided to be flexible on color, but not on FWD. Everything proceeded well from there on, and we got a white car, whose color is fine and whose specs are just what we wanted. Stefano redeemed himself at delivery time with his thorough knowledge of the technical aspects of the car and with his energy, needed to remove the license plate from the Murano. We will go back soon for more technical training and for the paint protection. We are distressed that our phone messages were not received. We are also surprised that no one from Young took the initiative to contact us while the search was on until we had gone out of our way to drive back to Young twice after signing the contract. We were satisfied with your selling price, did not bargain. And we were impressed with Dylan's preparation and low-key approach, decided to spring for all your aftermarket packages to protect our new baby, now named Mini-Pearl. We think we got a terrific vehicle at a reasonable price, and we know you made a reasonable profit. Should be a happy long-term relationship (we kept our 2003 Nissan Murano for 10 years, 187,300 miles), but we did get off to a rough start at Young, almost headed back to Scott in that first week.
