It has been absolutely a nightmare of fixing my vw jetta TDI at Young. It took them 2 weeks to fix the car. The worse part is - check engine light on almost immediately after I got my car back. I came to this dealer twice interested in both new and used cars. First visit I had a question about pricing, I repeated myself many times with no answer to my question. After doing our research my wife and I decided on a 2013 Jetta TDI. Big decision was were to buy and which color. I would say Andrew conducted himself honestly with high integrety. He knew his products and listened to what we needed and matched us with a car quickly. We recieved a generous value for our trade and the best price in the valley for this vehicle. Dylan during the F&I process made it quick and easy. This was by far the easiest car buying process ever. The staff at Young is competant and honest. Their processes are sound and create strong buyer confidence. Job well done and thanks for a great deal. More
After having a horrible experience with Faulkner Vw, I was quite upset when I arrived at Young. I was trading in a 2011 Mini Cooper that was a service and reliability nightmare. I was intending on purchasing a pre-owned Jetta TDi. Both Andrew and Eric explained that given my situation, they would recommend a new vehicle. We looked at a few cars and it ended up with me getting everything I wanted and more in a vehicle! I am now the proud owner of a 2012 Jetta TDi premium and I couldn't be any happier. Andrew was absolutely wonderful in his explanation and procedure of the whole process of delivery. Eric in finance was very personable and exhibited none of the typical personality traits associated with car sales. This was hands down the easiest and best experience I've had buying a car. No pressure, stress, yelling... Just straightforward and honest. I recommend everybody who is looking to purchase a vehicle to this dealership and to Andrew. Everyone was very efficient and courteous and attended to my problem in a very profesional manner. The problem was found and taken care of. They allso did several several re-calls that were pending. I also checked with the Body Shop when I droped of my vehicle fore service as that same mourning I had almost taken a bad hit to the left front wheel area and needed to have it checked out.I also wanted to have pin striping done while my Jetta was there, and inquired about it. This was all scedualed and done very efficiently. Thank You one and all. More
