I took my 2019 Jetta in for a check engine light and 2 recalls. Waited almost 3 hrs for diagnostic of check engine light. A part had to be ordered and I had to make a 2nd appt for repairs, which I had no recalls. Waited almost 3 hrs for diagnostic of check engine light. A part had to be ordered and I had to make a 2nd appt for repairs, which I had no problem with. 2nd appt I dropped the car off and got a call 6 hrs later that they would not be able to fix it due to staffing issues. So I had to make a 3rd appt to finally get the warranty repairs fixed. I highly recommend the service dept at Koch if you like wasting time off from work and being filled with anxiety over whether repairs will be made or not. More
