Always an easy experience at Young's. They are friendly and professional always holding their schedules. We actually brought this vehicle in for the courtesy vehicle check much sooner than it was supposed to be done as a misunderstanding. Young VW not only did the service anyway, at no charge, but also ask vehicle check much sooner than it was supposed to be done as a misunderstanding. This is one of the reasons I came back to Young's for my third vehicle purchase. More

My alterna As a facility to buy cars I had a great experience. As for my experience dealing with the auto shop: I bought my car 4 1/2 months ago. My alternator went bad. 360 for that part not including the labor. I found this out on a routine oil change. After being warned they can't guarantee my car will make it through the weekend I made plans with the gentleman to drop my car off Sunday night to be serviced Monday. I then went to speak to someone about how my car is already in need of repairs. I was told by one of the Young's that the labor would be waived. Still not happy but my fault apparently for not coming down sooner. I drop off my keys Sunday, wrote on them and the key envelope 'alternator' (although this should have been taken down when I was there Friday). Also had to put a pick up time for Monday, said noon because that is my lunch from my job and lucky for me my roommate had a day off work to take me there. As we are pulling in at 11:50 I get a call from them asking me why I had dropped off my car and why was I complaining of the alternator. Needless to say my car wasn't done. They open at 8, waited til I was picking my car up to call me to ask questions. Now one of the gentlemen (I was on speaker) was the man I had dealt with on Friday and had 1. told me he couldn't promise my car would make it the whole weekend 2. I had explicitly said I'd drop my car off Sunday come in on Monday. I now get a call telling me my car is done. They give me the grand total including labor. When saying that I was waived labor they said they would need to look into this. There is no communication among the service center. I will not be back. I'll take my chances at local car shops. More
