Went in for my first service appointment with my "new" pre-loved Jetta. I also had to go in about a recall. I sent in an email to schedule my appointment and I heard back that day with the first app "new" pre-loved Jetta. I also had to go in about a recall. I sent in an email to schedule my appointment and I heard back that day with the first appointment time I picked, which was fantastic. So easy and convenient. I showed up and was helped right away. Everyone was friendly and very nice. I was in and out of there in under an hour which was great! The price wasn't too bad either. It was a great experience. More
I was considering buying another car that wasn't a VW. The service department is excellent. The Service Manager, John is kind, HONEST, and a wonderful person to work with. He makes sure my car is fixed correctly and he goes to every extent to make sure Manager, John is kind, HONEST, and a wonderful person to work with. He makes sure my car is fixed correctly and he goes to every extent to make sure I am pleased. He will call me to give updates about the progress on the car and if there are any additional costs. On several occasions, John has helped me to find a way to reduce the costs of the repairs. That is very rare in our world today. Since then, I was quite impressed with the level of professionalsim and I knew I was going to be taken care of since then. I always take my car to their service department to have my car serviced. The staff is friendly and professional and do not take me for granted since I am a female, they speak to me wihtout insulting my intelligence. If I have any issues going on with my car, (minor things; trunk, window, license plate holder) they are sure to be thorough and ensure all of my issues are resolved. I am sure if I had major things going on as well, they would take care of me. So since my car is only 3 years old, no major problems at all! Since I am always the one taking my car instead of my husband, I always tell him that I had a good experience after every visit and he is impressed with the level of service I am provided. He is thinking of buying a car from there as well, just because of the customer service. Since I am in the customer service industry myself, I look out for customer service skills and abilities; I am kind of a secret shopper, but for myself since I know what to look for. They make me feel comfortable doing business with them, they ensure I am satisfied and I know my issues are resolved. I will continue to be doing business with Young, for they have found a loyal customer. More
I visited Young Mazda to have a key and remote made for my mazda. The staff was friendly and I was able to wait in a comfortable, clean waiting room, while they made the key. I've been using Young Mazda for almost four years after a bad experience with a different dealer. I've worked with Bob the longest at Young. He's easy to talk to and always keeps me in the loop. My wife and I own three Mazdas that drive a combined 50,000 mi/yr. Bob knows me by just the sound of my voice on the phone. I've been happy with the quality of their work, and I have never had a bad workmanship issue with them. Prices are fair and, if you pay attention, the dealership provides good coupons. When I drop a car off, Bob always calls me to explain what's going on, and if there is any special work that needs to be done. The car's always ready on time. Special note for their guys who do glass work. I've had two windshields replaced over the years. Never a problem, and I know that isn't an easy job. I trust Bob. Even more impressive, my wife trusts him. My wife trusts NO ONE in the car industry. The fact that she likes and trusts Bob is a testament to him. More
