Absolutely Lousy! & disingenuous I was involved in a fender bender recently and chose to bring the car to this dealership to have the body work done " Professionally " 12 days later I was involved in a fender bender recently and chose to bring the car to this dealership to have the body work done " Professionally " 12 days later and the results were shocking! The passenger side mirror was still broken, my passenger headlight assembly was not installed properly, there was paint overspray on my front grill and left rear passenger window; there is a dent on my driver side door, 2 rear brake light bulbs are also not functioning tripping a sensor warning. I had Glenn the body shop manager take a look at what I found and he stated that it would be about another week to fix the flaws. Unacceptable! I & we the consumer expect excellent execution from actual car dealers! The work performed on my car was half assed and unprofessional. Highly upset they took advantage of the insurance for such lousy work. I'll be taking the car to another shop to reevaluate and rework the damage that was done. More

Horrible Service from Collision and Service Center This is my second car from Youngs and 3rd in our family. I now remember why my parents never got a second one from Youngs - service! My car was in co This is my second car from Youngs and 3rd in our family. I now remember why my parents never got a second one from Youngs - service! My car was in collision and service center for 26 days, due to an accident and yearly inspection. When I received my car back, the inside was FILTHY. Scuff marks everywhere, dirt and dust piled up all throughout the car and there was a sticky residue still on the rear window from when it was replaced. I called and complained and was told "we'll just detail it next time". Unacceptable. Oh I also have a new scratch on the car, but that didn't seem to matter either. My XM radio suddenly stopped working again (it has previously and was told there is nothing wrong). I scheduled an appointment and dropped my car off this morning and the women who checked me in was beyond rude. Then the service consultant checked my car and when I pointed out the disgusting amount of dirt his response was to whip it off part of the door and say "well, it's clean there now". The scratch is so much of he said she said, it's not even worth getting into. If it weren't for how much I love my car, I would get out of my lease now. It's a shame, I love my VW but service is unacceptable and quite frankly just rude. More
