He devoted ample amount of time in understanding our requirements and suggested the various options we could have. We asked for the special test ride where I requested Alain to drive for us as we wanted to have a feel of car without worrying about concentrating on the road and driving. We got a very good deal same as edmunds.com average pricing. Alain sorted out all the details of rest of purchasing (Financing and other documentation) and made it super easy for us.
