We went to Long Island City after a frustrating experience with another dealer. We worked with Francisco who was excellent from the minute we first starting working with him and went over and beyon experience with another dealer. We worked with Francisco who was excellent from the minute we first starting working with him and went over and beyond what most dealers do. I first got in contact with Francisco by starting a chat conversation on their website. We ended up speaking on the phone and he let me know that a car meeting my criteria was arriving on the truck that day. We were a little skeptical bc we've heard that "oh it's just arriving on the truck" speech before, but Francisco assured us it would be there and that he would let us know as soon as the car arrived. When it did arrive, he sent us pictures via text, and said he would be able to match the price given to us by the other dealer. The experience when we went to pick up the car was great as well. We were treated like VIPs, and made to feel really comfortable about our purchase. It was at this time that we also worked with Kevin, who gave us the run-down about the features of the car. He was extremely patient and spent a lot of time talking with us. When we left we got to chat with the floor manager, Jordan, for a bit who was also extremely nice. To top off our great car-buying experience, we also got a call from Francisco a couple days later just as a follow up to make sure everything was ok, and to let him know if we have any questions.
