He did not try to sell us options we did not want or need. Our car was totaled in Tropical Storm Sandy and the insurance company was overwhelmed towing vehicles, so Francisco arranged for our car to be towed to Hyundai which freed up our parking space. We looked at the Toyota Corolla and Honda Civic but the Hyundai Elantra outclassed them with better price, quality, and warranty. We live in Coney Island and could have purchased our Hyundai at other dealers, some much closer to home, but Francisco Valderrama was the reason we chose Long Island City Hyundai.
