I was met as soon as I drove in to the service area. The tech ran a test on what was needed and explained it to me before anything was done. She then told me how many cars were ahead of me and pointed me to the waiting area. After the service was finished she explained any issues (none) and directed me to the place to settle the bill. Great dealer! I had checked other Jeep dealers in the area and wasn’t too impressed. Kolosso sales staff was more personable and responsive to what I needed in my Jeep! They were able to line up test d area and wasn’t too impressed. Kolosso sales staff was more personable and responsive to what I needed in my Jeep! We had to stop in due to one our tires having a flat. The service was outstanding..they were able to get us in on short notice and fix our tire the same evening.
