Fast service I came in for an oil change. The service was done fast and efficiently; however, the oil change sensor was not reset so it goes off every time my car I came in for an oil change. Thanks for fixing the dent I purschased a new car from Kolosso and the purchasing experience was excellent. I drove the new car home from the dealer and noticed a small dent ab I purschased a new car from Kolosso and the purchasing experience was excellent. I drove the new car home from the dealer and noticed a small dent above the drivers side headlight when I was looking the car over in my driveway. Nobody at Kolosso including myself noticed the dent but they had me bring it in and took care of it. I wont forget that the next time I am looking for a new car. More

Condition was not what I was told I have been looking for a used car with specific features and was recently notified via email by Cars.com that one was available at Kolosso Chrysler J I have been looking for a used car with specific features and was recently notified via email by Cars.com that one was available at Kolosso Chrysler Jeep. I inquired on the availability of the car and was contacted by the used car sales manager. I told him that I lived over an hour away and had surgery on my arm the day before and didn’t want to waste my time traveling to look at a car that didn’t meet my expectations. I asked if the car had any dents, dings or scratches. He used the word “Perfect” to describe the car. I setup an appointment to see the car the next morning. I cut back on my pain meds and drove the hour and 20 minutes the next morning to look at the car with some discomfort. I had been told the car was perfect and it only had 7500 miles on it, so I didn’t expect there to be any issues. The car drove great, but upon closer inspection I noticed that the hood was covered with rock chips . I was not at all happy that I had driven that far to look at a car that didn’t meet my expectations. I would never describe a 1 year old car that needs the hood repainted as “perfect”, but that is what I was told. It is these situations that keep the mistrust of used car salesmen alive and well. This is my only experience with the dealership so I can’t say anything good or bad about the rest of the organization. More
