The cost of the 100,000 mile service was more than expected, but the service center was efficient and I couldn't ask for more. Even a clean car was returned to me. I had to jump start my wife's 2012 Jeep Wrangler due to an electrical issue. On the way to the dealership it appeared as though there was also a brake caliper hanging up. When I got to the dealership I wor an electrical issue. On the way to the dealership it appeared as though there was also a brake caliper hanging up. When I got to the dealership I worked with Duane Q, (Service Advisor). Duane Q never makes a person feel like they are a "bother" or rushes them. He takes the time to listen to the issues as if it were his own vehicle being talked about. He seems to have "the patience of a saint." So after the repair of an electrical issue, replacement of the necessary brake components, and a broken coil spring that was also found, we got our vehicle back in excellent condition with a repair bill that was more than fair. I can't say enough good things about Duane and his team!! Excellent service after the sale......just another one of many reasons buy at Kolosso. More
