After arriving first thing Saturday morning without an appointment nor any diesel mechanics I was happily greeted. I was working out of town from Council Bluffs and Kolloso Ram in Appleton was closest to appointment nor any diesel mechanics I was happily greeted. I was working out of town from Council Bluffs and Kolloso Ram in Appleton was closest to my location. The Def system had trouble within 4000 miles of one of my 2 2019 Dodge Ram 2500 Turbo Diesels. The service manager accommodated me and had my truck fixed. The DEF injector has to be replaced and they had the part on hand luckily so I could continue working the same day. As frustrating as the Ram has been I was very pleased with the staff, the attention to detail, and genuine care to help out another in need. Thanks again Troy More

We purchased our last vehicle from Kolosso. The sales department was fine, but the service after...not...so...much! Excellent Service Was in for an oil change and tire rotation. Cheyenne was my service rep and she was fantastic.
