been trying for a month to get recall service sceduled I have received a recall notice and wanted to schedule the service. I don't think the service department wants to work on these Ram trucks other than to put accessories on new vehicles! More

Especially appreciative that Braden & the parts department were able to locate a used passenger seat motor since this part has been discontinued. My 2004 Jeep has only a little over 93,000 miles, so I hope to keep it a lot longer --finding used parts for discontinued parts helps a lot. More

Disorganized but made it work I made an appointment for my service but it wasn’t entered into the system. However, they fit me in. I wanted to have all new rotors put on, new rear I made an appointment for my service but it wasn’t entered into the system. However, they fit me in. I wanted to have all new rotors put on, new rear brakes and a rear axle leak fixed but got all new rotors and all new brakes instead. This worked out for the best as the front brakes would have needed to be done in the next year but shows disorganization as this wasn’t exactly what I was coming in for. The axle leak still needs to be fixed. More
