Dealt with Becca. Made a commitment to purchase a Suburban and agreed on my trade in. Was told she pulled it off the lot for sale so that it did not get sold out from underneath me. I headed there with pre approved financing in hand. Got 10min from there and received a text stating they sold it! Got there thinking there was some kind of mix up. Talked to Ross the sales manager, and he mainly just insinuated that I was somehow lying about it. No offers to make it right, no apology. Found out they passed up selling it to me to accept a small deposit. Ended up at Todd Wenzel where we bought a 2017 Escalade. More

Bought a certified used equinox 2013–soon the check engine light kept coming on. They kept fixing it—usually to the tune of 200–300.00. Then in 6 weeks the same problem occurred again. Then the car engine light kept coming on. They kept fixing it—usually to the tune of 200–300.00. Then in 6 weeks the same problem occurred again. Then the car started using unusual amounts of oil. We found out that this defect occurred in all the equinoxes of that year. When we wanted to trade the car in, they devalued it because of the oil problem. They could sell us a car even though they knew about the problem. But they refused to help when there was a problem. We were long time Kool customers, but we will never trade there again!!! More

Haven’t used service. Just bought the car. First went to Berger Chevrolet in Grand Rapids as it’s closer to my home. Didn’t care for the experience. They had one Impala to look at. Drove across town to Kool and immediately felt friendlier. They, too had only one Impala to show me, but offered up a demo, then offered to try to get me what I wanted. SOLD! Went without my husband as we always chose our own vehicle when the time comes. When will they learn??? Married women, too can make decisions if made to feel relevant. I paid cash! More

Excellent! Did not make appt for oil change (scheduling was about two weeks out)-however, employee told us to just "come on in"--we had the time. Had one vehicle Did not make appt for oil change (scheduling was about two weeks out)-however, employee told us to just "come on in"--we had the time. Had one vehicle done within 25 minutes, went home, brought our 2nd vehicle in. We returned home, received call within 10 minutes that 2nd car was done. This included topping off fluids and rotating tires! Within one hour BOTH cars were done! Amazing work, great people! Not always convenient to get oil change, tire rotation, etc., (Usually drop car off night before, pick up next day....) But, this experience, by far, was painless and absolutely convenient! We were thrilled! More
