They went out and got the perfect vehicle for me, scraped the snow off from it, let me drive it where I wanted to for a test and helped me settle on that vehicle based on my specific needs. I never felt any pressure from them but felt like they were the experts helping me. We agreed on the vehicle and the price and didn't have to waste time haggling or playing sales games.
