Great place to buy a car I had searched for a Chevrolet Volt on the internet. Becca contacted me and arranged for me to meet with a salesman and look at a car that had just come in that afternoon. I came in the next morning and met with the salesman who referred me to Ken. Ken showed me a Bolt that I was also interested in, and then the Volt. The car was exactly what I had researched - color, interior, accessories. He presented an offer that was right where I hoped it would be. His offer was so good, I had no reason to make a counteroffer. My Dream Came True Since I was 16 years old I always wanted a corvette convertible, but never thought it was possible. While I was getting my oil changed on my Impala at the Kool service center I went over to the used car office, because there were three used vets on the lot. I took one out for a spin and"man" that was fun. I've been checking prices for a couple of months and I was able to get this beautiful car at a good price. It's the third car in a row that I bought at Kool. My salesperson John Savino was awesome. He was kind and helpful in every way. I needed one thing fixed on the convertible top mechanism. He ordered the part before I even bought it and a mechanic fixed it immediately. What I thought might take a week to get done was done in two days. I'm already out and enjoying my vet with friends and family in this mild Fall weather we are getting this year. Thank you John and Kool for helping me achieve this dream come true.
