Highly recommend the team of Jason "JC" Burthey (sales), Tony Blazier (sales manager), and Scott Cook (Finance) for your next car purchase. Professionals all around who made the process easy for multiple car purchases. I do a decent number of commercial/business vehicle purchases (8-10 vehicles/year), and these guys were great at cutting through the noise to get to our target and not waste my time...and with no surprises. There consistently great inventory helps too -- kudos to the folks who manage their allotments from GMC. We've now bought four vehicles from Koons Woodbridge in the last six months, and I'd be happy to go back to them again for a personal or commercial fleet purchase. Thanks, guys! More
If I could leave negative stars for this dealership and our experience with them, I would. I have left only a couple reviews in my lifetime so this is out of the "norm" for me to go to the extent of a revi our experience with them, I would. I have left only a couple reviews in my lifetime so this is out of the "norm" for me to go to the extent of a review, but this experience was so horrible for us, that I feel absolutely implored to do so in the hope that if I can prevent at least one person from the experience we had, then it is worth it. Sami Oussama El Ofiri was the salesman that assisted us. I have promises in writing that we were promised and when we signed paperwork, Finance Manager and Service Manager apologized that they are unable to follow through with these things that we were promised from Sami. We had them in writing and we were just told that Sami is new and should have never promised us any of those things and that he was wrong for doing so. ALL of our personal information was "accidentally" sent to a complete stranger via email, Sami misplaced part of our paperwork containing all of our personal information and then told the finance manager that he never gave it to us. We were given paperwork signed by the dealership stating the car had never been repossessed and it has been. We were promised that since we already had financing, our credit would NOT be pulled and it was. Sami said "trust me, your credit will not be pulled, just trust me, I would not lie to you" and we have those exact words and more in writing. Yet our credit had a hard inquiry pulled despite. Then the 'dealership' told us to just drive home without both license plates properly and legally placed on the vehicle, and literally left the license plate laying on the car and locked us out of the dealership because they all wanted to go home(we sure did too) we had to wait until an employee exited the building to get back in. We told them this was illegal and we needed the license plate placed on the vehicle so we could please drive home(what should have been less than a 2 minute fix, they fought us over for over 25 minutes) and they continued to argue with us that we would be fine if we chanced it, knowing this was illegal in our specific state of VA. (We are 2 hours away as well). We were pulled aside by one of the other salesmen and told by him that he was immensely sorry- that he had been seeing everything that was happening to us and he was ashamed that we were being treated like this. He said it is illegal to not have your plates properly on the vehicle and if it were my child, I would not want to chance that they might get pulled over as well. We were promised by Sami that he was taking the vehicle to the service shop after we test drove the days prior and he would get service to address a obstructed radar warning sign and he never even had anyone look at it. Did nothing! And now it is posing a safety issue for us and our daughter who is the driver. Braking functions will not work properly because of this issue. We were told to come back tomorrow and they could look at it, but wouldn't fix it. So many issues, I could keep going but I have spent now over 8 hours dealing with this awful experience. I am hoping that a GM reaches out. We were promised that a mesaage was left for him to do so. I hate to say it, but I doubt it was. The WORST vehicle experience of our lives. Very disappointed that they allow an employee to make false promises one after another. Salesmen notoriously get a bad wrap because of circumstances such as this, that ruins it for all. Break the stigma following salesmen and women by following through with your word and if you cant follow through, please just dont promise anything more than what you know is a reality and possible. We don't need to be falsely wow'ed by false words. We just need you to be honest and care! This is someone's daughter or son driving the vehicle. Their safety matters more than a sale by false pretenses. I would NOT recommend this dealership and if they would happen to make any part of this right with us, I will most gladly redact my review.
