Koons Buick GMC Dealership is the best. We brought our Enclave for an inspection. I haven’t driven since December 24 when I broke my arm. It has sat in the garage since then. We bought a charger and finally got it started and drove it to the dealership. We asked what they would charge to restore it fully. Matt said he wouldn’t charge due to our long term business. They were unable to charge it. We requested a replacement. He called to say it was done in two hours. We went to pick it up the next day. We were very happy with our service. More
Since purchasing the car, it has shut off or would not start. Upon further inspection we found: • No cover on the battery. • Unconnected wires causing sparks when trying to start. This is our 16 year start. Upon further inspection we found: • No cover on the battery. • Unconnected wires causing sparks when trying to start. This is our 16 year old daughters car and was VERY unsafe. I have attached several pictures showing these deficiencies. Given the nature of these concerns, I would appreciate it if you could advise me on the next steps and arrange for a thorough inspection of the vehicle at your earliest convenience. My priority is to ensure that the car meets all safety standards and is safe to drive. Please let me know where I can take the vehicle in for evaluation, local to me, at your expense. On a side note, we were told that the inside would be detailed due to the smell of smoke. That was not done. The filter was changed and a strong cherry smell was added but that was it. We have since had the inside cleaned which made it smell better but still has a faint smell of smoke. These issues really make me question your dealership's business practices. I look forward to your response. i called several times to talk to someone at the dealership but no manager was available or called me back. 2 salesman answer the phone a few times and made up a fake email so i could not the info and pics above to the right person.
