Dear Mr Groleau All is needed is an appointment and a loaner. . Apologies are always appreciated but without the right actions to correct the problem they are useless . In the last 3 years I purchased a 2021 Gmc Yukon , 2022 Cadillac Escalade from Lindsay Cadillac Alexandria and the 2022 Sierra from your location.. this is the worst service I seen from a GMC dealership location.
