We had such an awesome experience with Harris Durrani at Koons Woodbridge Buick GMC. We came in to look at one specific car, but after seeing the huge selection they had, we ended up looking at all of the m Koons Woodbridge Buick GMC. We came in to look at one specific car, but after seeing the huge selection they had, we ended up looking at all of the models we were interested in, saving us trips to other area dealers. Harris was super knowledgable, friendly and easy to work with. He was never pushy, always transparent, and made the process easy for us. With COVID, especially, he made it possible for us to spend as little time as possible at the actual dealership. He sent us videos of the car the day before our appointment, detailing the parts of the car we were really interested in. Just an all-around great buying process! More

We don't like dealerships calling us every five minutes (it's a good way of losing us as potential clients), and he respected that. He told us all our options, all our possible savings / rebates, and it saved us some $$ at the end. We have been shopping for a while. Most dealers hold back, and they won't tell customers everything they are entitled to. Not with James. He lays it all down. We learned a lot. However, I must say teamwork is very evident here. The gentleman sitting next to James jumped right in when James needed assistance. That impressed us. It's quite evident both sales reps. understood the importance of selfless service and teamwork. Joann (spelling) helped us as well. She assisted us in getting us an even better deal on the car we ened up buying. If you want no stress, no nonsense, and the least pressure when in the market for a car, this is the place! Big THANK YOU to the entire GMC team at Woodbrid ge! More

Service Contract Scam We purchased a vehicle with them and bought a service contract. It was explained to me that as little no as we went to our selling dealership we would We purchased a vehicle with them and bought a service contract. It was explained to me that as little no as we went to our selling dealership we would pay no deductible go anywhere else pay 100 bucks. Go in to have a repair done and boom hundred bucks. I’m like no this is my home dealership. Bottom line I was hustled that whole thing I was told was a lie and now I’m having to pay. I don’t mind it’s a hundred bucks but my issue is the way we was told was dishonest and it just reminded me of the used “car salesman.” Furthermore, call customer service and everyone is unbelievably rude. This whole ordeal has just made me not ever want to purchase another GM product again. Truly disappointing because 3 of my past 4 vehicles were GM products. SMH More
